Returns Policy

We pack all products individually and ensure they are checked over before shipping. In the event you receive a faulty product or you have been shipped the wrong product please make contact with us via our contact page. For this we are able to offer a refund or exchange.

Products are not able to be returned or refunded due to change of mind.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to BO & KO Baby within 14 days.

Make sure:

• You have proof of purchase

• The product was purchased in the last 14 days

• The product is in original condition, with original packaging and labels

• The product has not been used

 

*Please check for damage before signing, as no claim for damage is available after signing for your parcel.*
