Returns & Refunds

At BO & KO, we take great care to individually pack and thoroughly check each product before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please get in touch with us via our contact page. We're more than happy to offer an exchange or refund in these cases.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return due to a fault or incorrect product, the item must be:

• Returned within 14 days of purchase

• In original condition, with original packaging and tags attached

• Unused

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Important Delivery Note:
All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. This means your order may be left at your address without a signature. BO & KO is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
